Basic Rental Fee
1. Basic Rental Fee
- Monday-Friday JPY18,700/day
- Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday JPY24,200/day
*above fee is charged not for 1 night but for one day.
*During the following periods (high season), 10% of the basic rental fee are added.
- From 1st May to 5th May
- From 20th June to 31st August
- From 24th December to 7th January

2. Basic Rent Fee for Short Period
- Start to rent from 13:00 to 17:00
- Return camper from 09:00 to 12:00
In the case of above time, half of basic rent fee will be charged.
3. Baic Rent Fee for One Day Use
If you rent the camper from 09:00 to 17:00, following fee will be charged.
- Monday – Friday JPY13,200
- Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday JPY18,700

Start at 09:00 Saturday → Return at 11:30 Sunday

- Repeat Discount 5% : from the use of 2nd time
- Review Discount :10% of basic rent fee will be returned after submission of review article for camper trip with some photos.
- Long Term Discount 10% : rent for more than 5 days.
- Children Discount or Kagoshima Residence Discount 5% : applicable if your child under 15-year-old ride the camper or your residential address is in Kagoshima Prefecture.

- Wi-Fi (JPY550）: You can accessible to Wi-Fi when the camper engine is running.
- Mobile Battery (JPY1100)：Above Wi-Fi can be used even when the camper engine stops.
Disclaimer Compensation Plan
- Disclaimer Compensation Plan （JPY2,200/day）If you pay for the plan and met an accident which is applicable for car insurance, you don’t to have to pay for the accident.We recommend to you to pay for the plan in the case for the accident. Please be minded that the plan cannnot be applicable for those 3 acdcidents. 1) Contamination of indoor facilities 2) Damages to camper caused by an unidentified third party 3) Damages caused by drivers.
- W Disclaimer Compensation Plan (JPY3,300/day）If you pay for the plan, you don’t have to pay for “non operation charge” in addition to the above disclamer compations plan. If you make the camper unusable situation by car accidents, robbery, damages, indoor/outdoor contamination which needs repairs or cleaning, we request you to pay “non operation charge” as compensation fee regardless of levels of damage or repairs. If you don’s take W Disclaimer Compensation Plan, you must pay JPY55,000 if it is able to drive the camper, or JPY110,000 if it not able to drive the camper. Please be minded that W Disclaimer Compensation Plan is not different from insurence for physical damage on vehicle or repairs on vehicle.

Cancellation Fee
Please pay cancellation fee if you cancel your booking at your request.
- Cancellation on booking date: Free
- 7 days before rent : 10% of rent fee
- 3 to 6 days before rent : 20% of rent fee
- 1 to 2 days before rent: 30% of rent fee
- Cencellation on rental date :50% of rent fee
If 1 hour passes after the booking time of rent date without any contact to us , we consider it as canncellation on rental date.
If you book within 6 months after your initial rental date, we can appropriate cancellation fee to your next rent fee.
Extention Fee
We cannot generally accept extention of time of camper rent, but can accept only when there is no next booking.In that case, we ask you to pay for extention fee at the time or return of the camper.
If you will cannnot return the camper on time, please contact us as soon as possible, since we may not be able to accept your request according to date or time.
Extention fee is as follows:
- Monday to Friday JPY3,300/hour
- Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday JPY5,500/hour
