My wife gave me an information on nice cafe along Kotsuki River which runs in the middle of Kagoshima City. It is good to drop by the cafe for lunch when you enjoy walking along Kotsuki River.

Lunch near Kotsuki River
When you walk along Kotsuki River or visit Meiji Restoration Road along the river, it is convenient to have lunch at the cafe. Before our marriage, my wife frequently held “Girls Chatting Party” at the cafe, because she loves its pleasant atmosphere.
You can have pasta lunch at reasonable price (about 1,000 yen). I think that the amount of lunch is relatively small for an adult man like me.
The famous historical site Birthplace of Saigo Takamori is located next to the cafe.
Nice Atmosphere
The cafe has a small cozy Japanese garden inside. I took some videos for you so that you can feel its atmosphere. When we visit the cafe, UME (Japanese plum flower) was full-broom.
Cafe staff guided my wife and I to the table at the window, from which we could enjoy nice view of Japanese garden in relaxing atmosphere.
And… I give my wife an engagement ring at this cafe and my wife accepted marriage! This is our important place of memory.
