Stick 2 bamboo sticks into elliptic rice cake made of rice.
Then, put source made from sugar and soy-source.
RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATION
Usually you cannot eat JUMBO MOCHI in train station, air port or department stores.
Most famous store is located in Senganen Park at the north of Kagoshima City. There you can taste the cake while viewing beautiful Japanese gardens of Edo Period.
Many other stores near the Senganen Park also sell the rice cakes. There were similar stores in Taniyama areas in Kagoshima City.
