“Daloro” of Spaghetti – Popular Pasta Restaurant in Tanmonkan (Kagoshima City, Japan) –

This moved to another area (Takemachi Town, Kagoshima City)

My wife and I visited the restaurant before it started at 11:00, but there had been many people in line. “Everyone wants to taste the pasta even if they wait for a long time” and their passion impressed me a lot. It was the most chewy pasta in my life. The pasta is very delicious and worth for waiting in line. This is the place you should go if you love pasta!

Staff guided us to the table near the entrance. Interesting menu of the restaurant was as follows:

Price is around 1.000 yen to 1,800 yen.

Tarako Spaghetti cacio e pepe basil pesto famous Genovese pasta
Bologna Meat Sauce L’amatriciana siciliana
Crab Cream Spaghetti Spaghetti of Ikura & Tarako of Kushiro Carbonara of additive-free smoked Kurobuta bacon
Gorgonzola・besciamella piccante Meat source of 5 kinds of mashrooms Meat source of eggplant and pancetta
Oil pasta of season vegetables with dried mullet roe & Hokkaido Octopuss Peperoncino of raw ham of Kurobuta “Satsuma” Spaghetti of Kushiro Ikura and squid ink
Campagna Spaghetti alle vongole in Bianco besciamella of clams & mushrooms Roman pescatore
Crab cream spaghetti of whole shrimp “Engel Shrimp”

Above pasta includes appetizer(bagna cauda & seasonal soup).

Following picture is bagna cauda. Dip vegetables in the special source. Vegetables are carrot, turnip, young corn, broccoli, paprika and the like. Personally I liked the slight salty flavor of vegetables.
