Kirishima Onsen
The hot spring is located at the center of Kagoshima CIty, but you can enjoy natural hot springs there.
The other day, some toursist asked me about the hot springs at Tenmonkan areas. I introduced those tourists to this Kirishima Onsen which is the nearest to Tenmonkan. You can walk from Tenmonkan to this hot spring.

Kagonma Onsen
The hot spring is located along the road which leads from Shiroyama to Kagoshima Aquarium. I love its old atmosphere of the hot spring. You can also stay there for 4,000 yen (no meals).

Shiroyama Choju-sen
Choju means “long life” and sen means “Spring”. The hot spring is located near Saigo’s Cave which is said to be used by Saigo Takamori at the last battle of Seinan Rebellion War. I recommend you to take the bath when you visit the cave. The temperature of the water is relatively hot.

The hot spring is very good for skin. The surprising effect made my wife buy coupons of the spa. There is no outdoor bath but only indoor bath.
